"I paid for a paper and didn't receive it. And paid £6.50 for about 10 chips. Apart from that, I can't fault my stay." (97687318)

The staff were friendly.
The room was too cold, and the water was too cold. it was my worst stay at a hotel in the past five years.

"Nice tidy Hotel but price wise I think its too steep for what you get, I expected more for the price as have stayed at other Hotels arounbd London which are the same easily and are as much as 40-50 pound cheaper and include breakfast even. Still was good to crash at for a night after a big flight over from New Zealand." (99672066)

Nothing about the accomodation was bad expcept maybe breakfast should have been included for the steep price
