good & comfortable
smoking in bedroom Strong smell & alarms setting off will not stay in hotel that smokes parking not to good

"Not bad quality would stay again" (97345829)
Pleasant room with opening window
Tiling around shower base broken. Staff who took breakfast order got totally confused and served us with wrong food although eventually rectified.

Space and cleanliness
Would like to see spare toilet rolls The swipe key can be annoying if you have carried everything to the 3rd floor and you find it does not work

Everything within this hotel was excellent.
Parking in front of the hotel is restrictive but there is an underground car park beneath it.

"Overall we would go back and intend to. Bar prices were what I regard as a London price (expensive) and basically stopped us from staying within the hotel for the evening. Make that more competitive and you would end up with more business." (97934896)
Generally it was clean and I have stayed in more expensive places that were of a poorer quality
There were signs of black mold around the shower area. There is no excuse for that especially when it was evident that the hotel had recently gone through a refurbishment.

Cleanliness of room; housekeeping staff were very helpful.
Rooms appear to be set up for business travellers who stay for maybe one or two nights. Total lack of drawer and/or adequate closet space was very inconvenient for a female staying 8 nights.

Clean, quiet, easy to get to, friendly helpful staff. Decent food at a good price.
It's not in a very nice area of town, although peaceful and quiet I didn't feel like wandering abroad at night

clean, convenient, easy to get to, friendly helpful staff and excellent value for money
family suite assumes you're staying with a partner so has one huge bed and one small. I was staying with my sister and her son so ended up in the small bed but had a very comfortable sleep anyway and really have no complaints

£42.25 for B & B with a double bet was fantastic value for money although i think i did get a speacial offer deal
Was some strange noise like metal cooling down for a while, took me a while to get to sleep, but i would definitly stay here again!
