    "Good." (107159960)

As I booked in a hurry I didn't read the warning about the need to check in at another establishment. Given that this is an unusual arrangement I would strongly suggest you make this clearer when customers receive their booking confirmation.

"It would only take a minor amount of upgrading to make this venue an excellent value-for-money choice." (107154550)

Quiet road, good privacy, excellent toilet/shower facility, decent quality bed and bedding.

Basement room smelled slightly damp, not all cooking facilities in working order.

"For the purpose of our stay it was ideal. I would stay in this hotel as a group member again but not on my own or as a couple or family." (108059430)

Location was good. Excellent for groups of people. Very helpful staff before & during stay. It was reasonable value for money.

Very close to railway line - we hadn't realised - didn't cause us any problems but may do for others. The accomodation wasn't as clean as it could have been. Showers in the actual room. Having to check in at a different location.

    The room was clean

It is realy very far to walk from the station! When I eventually got to the guest house with all my luggage and blisters on my feet; a very rude lady asked me where my key was. I was nog aware of the fact that I had to go an get my key from another guest house two stations back! This did not leave a very nice impression.

"Not as we would have liked due to the above." (97255319)

Close proximity to Twickenham, pretty quiet area.

Tiny room, nobody to show us how things worked when we arrived, couldn't get shower to work because of this until the morning through experimenting! It had a very very stiff on/off ring! Very noisy fridge (in a tiny room), only one cup left in room and nothing in the kitchen. Also room was very hot, opening the windows didn't help.

Room was spacious and with extra beds.

Arriving late we had to go to another hotel to check in. This was very inconvenient and cost extra money in taxi fares. Also, extra charges were given for paying by credit card, though no other option was offered.

For a cheap place to stay in London the rooms were in good order and nicely decorated. Parking was free.

Kitchen could do with more cutlery, pots and pans. A sign said the oven didn't work so we didn't use it. We later found out that it did work.

    - bed has been made every day

    - small room, no space to put bag down without blocking a door - room in basement with view on concrete wall - dishes in kitchen unclean, no frying pan, no oven - horseshoe bend seems missing at sink, bad smell in bathroom

The place has a homely feel to it. Nice to be able to cook in a kitchen whilst away and free internet was a bonus.

good sized rooms, clean and all in working order

the door at the front by the kitchens open allnight bangining in the wind. Luckily I was very tired but it was annoying and loud

"The staff was friendly and helpful, took time to explain you things. A free car park eases your stay, because you don't have to look for one. You can get to the underground quite easily from the bridgehouse (a bus that passes in front of the hotel is driving you there), and the tube is very close to the main hotel. As far as the bedroom is concerned, its size is comfortable but you can hear the bus, the train and the planes (of course!)If you don't sleep well don't forget your earplugs." (99000419)

The room was big enough for four persons, the toilets inside the bedroom. A possibility to park the car.

There was dust, and it was difficult to operate the shower (cold or hot water), the heating did not work in the bedroom.
