    Friendly staff Clean room good breakfast

    Nothing really but the courtesy bus back to the hotel when we arrived back in England would have been nice (our car was in the hotel car park)

    "Pretty good except for above comments. The tap in our bathroom was leaking and was reported to maid who kindly said it would be dealt with " (97985202)

    Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, general cleanliness.

    Disappointed with breakfast, especially considering price of room - other "express/inns" provide full English, either included in price or ave £7.00, (Premier even do porridge and fresh fruit and seeds etc).

    "As I booked online through an agent I was required to give my card details which I presumed meant I'd paid for the room, on arrival at the hotel the man on the check in desk told me I had to pay and when I explained I thought I already had he just kept saying that they don't take internet payments, like this was something I should have known, and he was laughing in a patronising way when he dealt with me. We were also allocated a smoking room which since we don't smoke, wasn't very nice. In all, I thought the hotel was nice, over priced but I suppose thats to be expected when near an airport, but the staff member I dealt should not be let near customers as he has no patience. I wouldn't stay there again, I rather pay extra in a taxi and stay in a Travel Lodge." (108030570)

    "The hotel was easily accessible from the centre of Liverpool, just one 30-40 minute bus ride away from the middle of the city. The rooms were a good size, well equipped and extremely clean. It was very easy to make yourself at home there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the food was all very good quality. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay here." (97998588)

    The hotel was fantastic! Extremely clean and tidy, very well equipped, and with friendly and helpful staff. Ten out of ten!

    "Clean room,night shift staff were a joke,the bar is not 24 hours as said,very expensive,and if you are hungry well theres a nice little expensive vending machine :-(..the nightshift lady on the bar would have been better working as a traffic warden." (97590841)

    there was no hot water whatsoever in the morning. their boilers were down, so it was not possible to have a shower in the morning

    very good place to stay.... would recommend

    kettle in the room didn't heat up as well as it should but besides that it was great value for money. don't go anywhere else!!!

    Clean. Breakfast available at 5 a.m. Morning staff very helpful & friendly

    Told on checkin that hotel minibus not operating next morning. Ordered a bar meal - person taking order disinterested. Meal awful & overpriced. Chef seemed confused.

    "Convenience, availability, cleanliness, friendliness, value for money. All of these are paramount when booking a room and I would overlook the problem of noise one more time but should that remain an issue I would reconsider booking elsewhere." (97129470)

    friendly staff, clean room and especially a clean bathroom. decent breakfast. all up, value for money

    I stayed in room 520 at the airport hotel site in liverpool and found that a light breeze outside had an unbelievably noisy effect in ceiling void at the area around my room. having mentioned this to staff the next morning, i found that they could not understand what i meant. maybe someone should investigate this further as sleeping was quite difficult
