    Lots of room in the flat, comfortable bed, well equipt, off street parking.

    Air fresheners in every room, not at all necessary.

    Kitchen and lounge.

    Bathroom needs some re decorating. nasty looking grouting between tiles. poor shower for hotel standards. We were shocked when we saw the disrict the appartment was in. It was a good job there was on site parking as i would not have liked to park on the street.Wkilst the bed was fairly new it was a poor quality and we both had a poor nights sleep , also the noise from the road was loud ( we think there is possibly a problem with the seal on the double glazed window as the noise level is much higher in bedroom than lounge.

    Room was nicely decorated,clean and spacious. Everything needed was supplied. A shop was next door which was convenient.

    Shower - no where to put shower head so had to hold in hand which was awkward

    Friendliness of reception. Layout of apartment. Good facilities in kitchen.

    No air conditioning so with windows open to cool down because of high summer temperatures it was very noisy during our stay.

    Reasonable value for money. Tidy,fairly clean. Good shower, plenty of hot water

    Very noisy being situated by the main road. Not enough pillows. Chewing gum left under the toilet, food left in fridge, full bin liners left in kitchen cupboard.Carpet filthy.

    "stayed here for the football(arsenal game which we lost ) cab to town was under £5 , much better than staying in a hotel, local shop arond the corner open till 11pm. place was nice and clean and was nice to go back to sit on the sofa having a beer watching the game again ,that was never a penalty!!"     Very Cenrtal, good price, quit good service, big room

    More space than usual hotel room

    Lack of signboard outside, lack of a roof over entrance.

    "More details of the telephone number to contact the person with the Key and details of how to leave the keys. We were told they would collect but after telephoning, we were told to leave keys in apartment. Otherwise good value for money, plenty of room. Details of how to open the windows would have been good. We are not used to double glazing and all window locks seem to be different.I have put performance of staff good, but there were no staff! This was an apartment and apart from meeting the owners when we arrive we saw no one else!" (97847856)

    clean and quiet, apart from someone knocking on door and running away ( child in another apartment) I think

    The picture on the channel BBC1 was not very good, all other channels ok
