Ordered a taxi for us.
3 rooms booked, hotel only had knowledge of 1 reservation. Having our booking reference did not help. £300 deposit taken on credit card 'in case we tried to leave without paying!' even though total value of rooms was only £267. Many drinks receipts presented to me at checkout, even though none had my signature. Difficult to resolve as no-one who had been on duty the previous evening was available. Ordered a newspaper but did not get one. Breakfast was from 7.30 onwards but no hot food available until 7.45.
