clean room, good size room, very comfortable bed (best sleep in ages), liked the shower cubicle being in the architecture profession. comfortable bar area, staff very helpful.

very friendly staff; clean and comfortable room
It would have been nice if the television had a remote control. It would also be great if you had a shuttle to the airport, rather than having to take a taxi.

"Good enough hotel but my points above should be noted. When staying in a hotel for leisure, you expect a bit more effort." (97107036)
Hotel was close to the Braehead arena where we were going to a concert. It was modern and clean
We arrived at lunch time, expecting to be able to have lunch before going out. We were informed no food was served until 6pm. We arrived back, as did many concert attendees, only to find the bar short staffed with no food again. Not even a bag of crisps because we bought the last one at lunch time. the hotel was fully booked, therefore, should have been staffed to cope.

We found the hotel lovely and clean. The staff were all friendly and nice. Would use the hotel again and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks again to all the staff for a rememberable stay.

"Lovely" (97916351)
Staff very friendly. The decor was modern and the hotel was very clean.
The plug in the bathroom was broken, not a bad point just for the drainage.
