"An ok hotel - a tired seaside place that has been tarted up a bit but still not the "boutique" hotel I think it thinks it is." (107293487)
Freshly decorated and clean throughout. New(ish) LCD TV with Freeview not the random selection of Sky and foreign channels on old CRT that is often the case.
No tea/coffee making facilites in room Only bath and no shower (not even hand held) in bathroom Odd movement senstive light in bath room that kept going out way too quickly Breakfast very average, poor valaue and not included in price of room

Room was nice, bed very good.
Check in time should have been 2pm not 2.40pm.Balcony was covered in cigarette ends,should have been cleaned up.Some of the staff gave poor service.

Good decor, very comfortable bed.
Breakfast was very disorganised however an amuzing resemblance to faulty towers! No hospitality tray in room and when I asked for one there were none available. Large hole in ceiling and I asked to move rooms of dor it to be fixed, however nothing was done.

Great Room, Fantastic decor, Huge bathroom, Everything seemed very very new and fresh.
Staff at breakfast were slightly aloof, We had to ask what the procedure was. Limited parking spaces was a pain. Road noise and interior noise, Would take ear plugs next time though!

staff were excellent, lovely room and hotel in general. a wonderful stay
room service limited to sandwiches after 10pm, the ultra quick staff threw away our toothpaste thinking it was finished with!

Great location and beautifully presented with subtle touches of excellent customer service.
Internet access must be fixed for me to stay again at the hotel whilst on business.

limpieza, modernidad, buena situacion vistas al mar, camas muy comodas
nosotros estuvimos en zona king, pero la zona queens no es buena aunque las habitaciones esten muy bien, porque es muy ruidosa y poco intima, por lo que vale podria haber desayunos incluidos y algunos detalles mas en las habitaciones como bata, zapatilas
