"Very impressed, I have already recommended the apartments to a couple of my friends who visit London frequently." (97978916)

Excellent facilities, instead of going to a restaurant decided to stay indoors and purchase food and drink from food market.

"Excellent but why spoil it with poor admin" (108095572)

    Excellent facilities and cleanliness

Check in process a nightmare, had to ring several times through to booking to get entrance codes and lockbox codes , when they were sent through by text the lock box number was wrong, it was 2 instead of 22 luckily there was a member of staff available , if it had been later I would have had problems

The apartment was of a good standard and clean. Good location.

We had made 2 separate bookings but only one apartment was available. The concierge was rude and unhelpful. On the first phone call he said he would call back in 5 minutes. I tried again 20 minutes later having heard nothing back. I rang the number again and again to no avail. I tried from a second number which was then picked up. I was on the phone trying to sort out the issue for over an hour. Rather than checking the records which I would assume Marlin do keep (?) the concierge asked me to go through each lock box to see if there were any spare keys. It leads me to wonder about security levels. The concierge was told that there were 2 bookings, provided with names and reference numbers several times and seemed unable to grasp the understanding that there were two people involved. The lift was out of order. There were laundry bags stacked in the hallway. There is poor signage on the floors. The 'bed' they put in the room because there was no further availability (this was on the second night) was a cot at most. The towels were not changed the three nights we were there. The 'welcome food pack' consisted of one carton of milk. A mini shampoo and soap does not constitute a 'hamper' of molton brown products.

"Other than the lift breaking down I had a really good time" (97184080)

The hotel its self was excellent.

The lift broke down on sat morn. I suffer from severe asthma/COPD and as my apartment was on the 6th floor which is the top floor it didn't do much for my breathing.

"really pleasant stay - will use again" (97313065)

Very good facilities, clean and tidy common areas, good welcome book/info pack. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water.

food welcome pack to include milk and more water would have been nice and more loo roll. The bedroom window looked onto a brick wall. it was quite warm and a small fan that you could use would have been nice.

"Great value for money with clean, comfy bed, athough on the downside, there was confusion over checking-in procedure and extremely noisy guests who kept us awake for a couple of hours." (97047826)

Clean, modern apartments, very central and the best value for money at under £100 per night - NCP car park only a very short walk away.

No answer until we had rung bell 3 times as no Reception/Concierge service at Queen Street. No explanation of PIN number entry system either upon booking via agent. Extremely noisy guests staying either above or below our apartment, and because the room was very hot & stuffy, we wanted to keep the window open to let some air through, however, the drunken laughter/ very loud voices woke us and kept us awake on and off from 3.30am - 5.30am when they must have then eventually gone to sleep at last (and after someone told them to shut up!!!"
