"I guess you get what you pay for- I choose here for the close location to my conference venue- next time I will pay a bit more and walk further" (99599684)
carpets worn. When I arrived early I asked if they could look after my luggage until my return- they agreed- when I returned I found it in the lobby where I keft it with no one watching it- It could easily have been stolen. Breakfast in the basesment service was poor with the same staff cooking as serving- and loud conversation going on between staff in the kitchen whilst I sat for near 10 minutes before being served. A memeber of staff appeared to be living in the room next door to me and had his tv on from 3am onward

"Fine for a base as close to underground." (108057438)
Location was reasonable.
Payment required upon arrival before having seen the room. No mini bar, an Sky TV consisted of 2 additional channels. Needed a drink during the night but nothing was available. Breakfast poor.

The hotel is in a very good location close to transport links and a couple of stops from all major attractions it is in a very quiet street that is clean and tidy. The restaurants and bars in the immediate area are very nice and plenty of choice. The staff in the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful and the hotel itself was in good decorative order. The room was of a good size with Tea and coffee making facilities, and a Ironing board. The ensuite had a bath with shower and was clean and tidy. I will be staying in this hotel every time I visit london from now on, it is great value for money - much cheaper than a travelodge and you get a full english breakfast included.

"Functional accommodation offering good value. Traditional breakfast choice which might not have satisfied the most demanding continental breakfast customer (i.e. cereal, toast, tinned fruit) but full English breakfast was provided. Room had tea/coffee, working fan, hair dryer, iron and small TV (not modern flat screen). There's a working lift for guests. Person at reception was extremely helpful. My single room had a large bed. All in all I had no issues and may use again in the future." (97536050)
