Very close to Rosslare Ferry. Friendly bar/restuarant staff.

The room was in serious need of updating, furniture and bedding very old and tired. Room was too expensive.

"We did not realise from the information on the website that there was a swimming pool and had we known we would certainly have taken advantage of it - especially the children. The general standard of the hotel was good, but the decor did seem a bit dated. However the accommodation was clean and comfortable and served our purpose with all three of the rooms we used situated together. The rate was reasonable and the hotel was close to the harbour and very convenient for the early ferry. We would definitely use the hotel again." (97272642)

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable

Central heating was noisy when it came on early in the morning and woke us all up

"Guests must understand the hotel policy towards children. They may NOT eat in the restaurant or swim in the pool after 7pm. They may eat in the bar until 9pm but MUST then leave. Some children (and their parents) will find this policy distressing as the children may feel unwelcome. Local resturants do, however, welcome children (even after 7pm and they can stay even after 9pm.) If you want to swim as a family, book elsewhere or arrive early." (99556888)

Attractive reception area, easy parking, very close to ferry terminal.

Tired and damaged furniture in rooms and public areas, our room had a musty old tobacco smell. The paintwork needs refreshing.
