Proximity to airport.
Service was poor; staff was abrupt; self-service or no service was the rule; additional charge, 8 Euro, breakfast was poor quality, cold, and there was NO wait staff in the restaurant.

Nice big room and the hotel had lots of charachter....and a nice bar/ resteraunt.
The shower was not good and there was a humming noise in the room all night - and it wasn't the fridge !?

"I booked online with ease but when I attempted to pay when i was leaving the receptionist insisted that I pay €40 more than I was quoted. I had to go out to my car(still in tha airport car park) for a print-off which confirmed the price of my room - lucky I had it with me. The receptionist did not apologise for her mistake. It was suitable for my needs, and comfortable. I did not avail of breakfast so I cannot comment beyond the bedroom.

The personnel were pleasant
Floor carpet not clean and torn in middle of room. 4 long black hairs on bathroom floor and in bath. Electrical plugs not working. Electrical plugs with face plates off. Too hot in room Food not to acceptable standard - too oily No place for a business internet connection Far too expensive - breakfast being extra!

location to the Shannon Airport & the comfy beds.
Didn't have an alarm clock in the room. Also, it needs a more kid-friendly menu...such as having pizza.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Nähe zum Flughafen.
Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Zimmers hat einen älteren Eindruck gemacht. Auch der Geruch hat diesen Eindruck eher noch verstärkt.

"comfortable but too expensive " (97801622)
the room was very comfortable, we had every thing we needed, it was very clean and spacious.
we needed a snack as we had had our main meal of the day, there was very little on offer. the front desk staff were curt. I felt I had been riped off as I later found i could have booked the room for less through ryanair. For the price there should have been a continental breakfast included.
