"the standard of this hotel is really poor. although i suppose for the price one cant complain. but there must be some standards, this hotel didnt meet any. we went for a walk and within 200 yards of the hotel on the main road found a lorry with its windows recently smashed and 2 cars broken into. we appeared to be in a very undesirable area. the room was dirty curtains that have never been cleaned. blankets that appeared to be living! a shower that was really poor, so much so it was not worth using. i wont be staying here again whatever the cost." It was dirty, in what appeared to be an undesirable area, and didnt make us feel safe. we just wanted to get away asap

"Had 3 nights stay in the hotel with my 75year old mum who uses a wheelchair most of the time, the lift was ideal, room was clean and the staff were very friendly, parking was undercover, just off the motorway .had a good stay and would use again" (99239393)
easy to find, parking, lift, nice staff, lots of space in the room,
showerhead not fixt to the wall, but nice to have a bath,

"Accomodation was basic but did, at least, have clean sheets. First impression of room was dissapointing, net curtains were dirty, shower could do with a rail to hold the shower head and toilet was just about big enough. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Continental breakfast was good. A long way out from the centre of town but Metro system was good." (99119660)
Accomodation was basic but did have clean sheets(bedspead was stained though).
Window curtains were dirty, toilet room was small.

"A cheap hotel that was ideal for a place to stopover during a long journey. Good breakfast at a very good price. Added bonus of wi-fi too!" (99200411)

"Hôtel plutôt confortable, mais un peu éloigné du centre-ville. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible. Peut-être que la possibilité de prendre de petits en-cas à l'hôtel serait la bienvenue, car le quartier n'offre pas énormèment de possibilités de se restaurer même si cela demeure négligeable pour de courts séjours." It was cheap, fairly easy to find, close to the main road, and the most important, there was underground parking. The beds were good.

"De passage pour une nuitée dans ce type d'hébergement, nous avons apprécié sa position exentrée par rapport à l'agglomération { lilloise, pour ce séjour, très court, sa facilité d'accès ... avec un bon plan tout de même... et le parking à disposition des clients. }" (99096107)
Réservation, puisqu'il est possible de retenir une chambre par plusieurs moyens de communication, en dehors d'une réservation sur le site de l'hôtel. { par le web. }... { Office de Tourisme entre autres... }
Il n'y en a pas, le personnel est accueillant et prêt à répondre à vos sollicitations, le petit déjeuner dont nous avons apprécié l'abondance...

pas de prise de courant pour le seche cheveux dans la salle de bain, il faut aller se brancher au niveau de la télévision pour avoir un peu de courant mais le miroir situé sur une porte de placard est à 5 metres. je vous laisse imaginer le bonheur pour une femme qui veut faire son brushingg de plus le pommeau de la douche ne se fixe pas il faut donc garder un pommeau dans la main qui gicle de partout car le joint d'étanchéité est pourri. la télécommande de la télé marche très mal. C'était la chambre 420.
