Prix interessant - L'hotel est bien situé

"- price/quality OK - hotel is worn out (staircases, lift, bathrom) but has some charm (good bed though!) - receptionist was not friendly to customers, and blatantly rude to the 'lower' personnel and this in front of the customers. This is enough for me not to go back to this hotel again" (97853873)
Price, coffee in the room, quality of the bed
The receptionist's behaviour: unfriendly to customers, totally unacceptable to the cleaning personnel in front of customers! The hotel is quite worn out!

"Good location and price. More effort to be put in the cleaning staff and the stay would have been more pleasant. Except this, the fair price and location will make this hotel one of the best to stay in Paris in its category." (99161579)
Fair price, good location in Paris for visit and transportation via metro and RER.
Facade of the hotel in restoration at the moment of the stay, as consequence no real view on outside. Cleaning staff coming very early in the morning from 8h30 and coming back several times to clean you room till you left the room.

"le plus négatif est le bruit sur la rue, les fenetres ne sont certainement pas de bonne qualité phonique. les livreurs de la pizzeria se trouvant dessous sont plus que bruyants." (99519047)

les horaires : accueil tardif (avec une personne très compétente de surcroît), la possbilité de prendre le petit déjeuner tôt le matin
manque de serviettes (1 seule), l'odeur du linge (mais problème rencontré quel que soit l'établissement)

Pas de stationnement véhicule et Hotel à rafraichir, chambre à nettoyer en profondeur, remplacement du tapis par du vinyl
