    The hotel was of a good standard and situated in a central area of Paris.

    The room was on the fifth floor, there was a lift however it wasn't very big and had to go onto the first floor to get to the lift.

    "The area was quiet and had a number of cafes and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes - however August is the month that many were shut for holidays. " (107123673)

    The room although small was adequate and clean. Which suited us as we only came back to sleep.

    The shower was a little prone to flooding the bathroom floor. We didn't take the option of breakfast at 10Euro each, instead choosing to use the local boulangeries.

    "A small hotel on a quiet Parisian street, lovely French atmosphere, local restaurants and boulangeries etc. in walking distance, also a short 2 block walk to the nearest Metro station. Friendly staff and a nice safe neighbourhood." (97985689)

    The ability as an older couple to have our 49 year old daughter stay in the same suite, which was a junior suite with two rooms and shared bathroom.

    Not enough space to hang up our clothes, we had only a very small wardrobe in our room and nowhere for our daughter to hand her clothes in the bed-sitting room. Another wardrobe is needed in the bed-sitting room. Also the elevator was not working properly but when we first mentioned it to the front desk they did not believe us. However by the end of our week's stay they had to call in the elevator repair mechanics.

    Accommodation was very clean

    Bedroom was quite small but adequate as we didn't plan to spend time in the hotel.

    the room is clean and comfortable,the location of the hotel is good(a lovely and calm destriction and a good connection with famous places of Paris) . The staff of the hotel is polite.

    Quiet room although overlooking street. Firm and comfortable bed. Good and clean bathroom.

    "The hotel is is a good location; rue Daguerre is quite interesting and lively on Sundays. The hotel is not yet completely non-smoking. In spite of my request for a non-smoking room, our room was stale and smelled of cigarettes. We were able to air it out because of the courtyard location. Majority of the staff is pleasant."     The room was clean and had a tiny courtyard outside. Bathroom was bright and clean. Although the room was small, normal for Paris, it was nice and the location good for us as we had to take an early morning RER to CDG aeroport.

    The reception we received when we arrived. The clerk was surly, not friendly, and curt. The location of the room, near the reception desk, was quite bizarre.

    "Overall, the hotel was very good value for money. We didn't have breakfast there as there are many bakeries on the same street which we perferred for breakfast. There were also nice markets just down the street. It was close to the Latin Quarter but w/o the Latin Quarter hotel prices which is exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely stay here again." (99152083)

    The room and bathroom in particular were bigger than other hotels I've stayed in in Paris. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and were easy to communicate with.

    The only complaint I would have is that our shower head would not stay in place, it kept falling down, making showers a little tricky.

    "Temperature control and noise control are the most important features in a room for us, and both were absent. Probably in the future we would have to pay more and stay in an air-conditioned hotel." (99049120)

    Location, couteous staff, excellent breakfast

    Elevator too samll and cramped to feel comfortable. We walked up and down 6 flights of stairs. Room very stuffy unless windows open, and then there is a high level of street noise.

    Clean and friendly on a lively Parisian street.

    Room was smaller and less luxurious than hotels I usually stay in, but this was an acceptable trade off for the location and ambience.

    "Die Zimmer sind, wie in Paris üblich sehr klein. Eine kleine Kommode statt eines großen Schrankes hätte mir ausgereicht und hätte mir mehr Bewegungsraum gelassen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der aber immer auf der halben Treppe endet. Für Rollifahrer sind die Zimmer aber wohl sowieso zu klein." (97922240)

    Es liegt sehr zentral, ist nur mit Flughafenbus gut zu erreichen. Die Straße hat nette Geschäfte und Lokale. An der Rezeption wird gut englisch gesprochen.

    Schade, daß das Frühstück drinnen und in einem dunklen Raum eingenommen wird.

    très bon accueil à la réception Lit confortable et chambre bien spacieuse pour trois. Petit déjeuner copieux

    Panne de l'ascenseur pendant 4 jours et on était au 6ème étage. accueil plus moyen dans la salle du petit déjeuner + musique un peu trop forte.Insonorisation de la chambre moyenne.Manque de placard et rangement.

    "A good stay, generally. Breakfast not so cheap (ten Euros): better brasseries and bars nearby the Hotel. Rooms were well cleaned, quiet, small but comfortable. No change for towels even if requested. May be we return to the hotel." (97926801)

    Small room but quiet, warm e well furnished.Near to public transport and to shops and brasseries.

    Lift out of order and no help for luggage to sixth floor!! Shower not well functioning.

    well situated in Paris, the Rue Daguerre is a very nice surrounding where you get everything and you can have dinner every evening in an other place. This is important when bein in Paris with rather young children.

    The personnel was neither unfriendly nor friendly.

    Hôtel très accueillant et très propre. Bonne literie. Très bien situé. Personnel gentil et aimable

    Rue fermée à la circulation donc difficile d'y accéder et ensuite sortir les bagages. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause de disputes en dehors et dans l'hôtel.

    l'hôtel se situe non loin des bouches de métro. l'endroit est calme et agréable. l'animation se trouve relativement près. Que du bonheur!!!!
