"As soon as we arrived we were asked to pay our bill, never before have I been asked to do this and I have stayed at numerous hotels all over the world. After all they had got my credit card details from the booking. Nobody from the outside seemed to use the restaurant so not very encouraging to eat there, whereas all the other hotel and restaurants seemed quite busy. Every room should mhave a kettle and facilities for making a hot drink." (97591153)
It was ok but nothing special, it said superior rooms but I do not agree with this description. The restaurant was very quiet and did not encourage us to eat there inc breakfast.In fact on the last day we found another 2 star hotel with far superior rooms at the same prices.The shower system was good.
The rooms were dull, our bed was tiny compared to our colleague who had a large bed. There was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. The heating needed sorting as the radiator seemed to need bleeding of air as it made some unusual noises.Dogs were noisy and our colleagues had a dog making them feel uneasy.

"We knew what we were in for as we had read the reviews and we wanted to stay in Wimereux that night (Easter Day) and it was the only hotelin Wimereux with a room available, so we were glad to find somewhere which allowed us to have an amazing dinner that night at the Hotel Atlantic (which was full) which is about 5 mins walk away." "A nice friendly hotel in a really nice small town. English was spoken and service was efficient. The only slight negative is parking was difficult after 5.00pm (you have to park outside the hotel on the street as there is no official parking). You also need to eat before 9.00 pm as most of the restaurants have finished evening service!" (97719341)

"This hotel is centrally located in Wimereux. The check in was not efficient, and my credit card was debited straight away. I found this a little unfriendly, and non trusting. I was also told, that the jacuzzi must not be used after 10pm! There is no car park, and I got jammed in when I parked in the street. Luckily I was able to wait till someone moved their car. Room was comfortable and had electrically adjustable beds." (99029379)
I booked a room with a jacuzzi. Everything worked.
Check in could not find my booking, even though I had a printout of it.

"Overall our stay at the Cyprin was pleasant; the staff seemed friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. We thought it was good value for money. It was the first time that I've used the online booking facility for hotels abroad and I found the whole experience very easy, user friendly and stress free, I’ll definitely be using this service again." The family room we stayed in was clean and spacious; it also had the added bonus of a Jacuzzi in the bathroom which gave my 6yr old no end of enjoyment
If I had to report one negative then it would have to be the pull out beds that were supplied in our family room. I'm sure children aren't as particular as adults but I found the pull out bed to be most uncomfortable, it sufficed for the one night but any more then that and it may have been a different story.
