"- les 2 étoiles annoncées sur votre site sont prpobablement usurpées. je n'ai pas vérifié si l'hotel les avait, mais je lui donnerais à peine une étoile" (99668899)
personnel sympathique et accueillant
- j'avais la chambre 108; la télécommande de la télé était ko; la robinetterie branlante - très mauvaise insonorisation (les tuyauteries de la chambre voisine avaient l'air d'être à coté de mon lit)

- Personnel très poli, tjrs. prêt à aider - Qualité des matelas nous a surpris positivement - Proximité du centre ville
- Entretien général de la salle de bain! (Paticulièremt des rideaux de douche et des baignoires) - Entrée aux parkings très étroite - Salle du petit-déjeuner non accueillante

Proche de mon lieu de travail
Hôtel très bruyant, ayant besoin d'une restauration. Salle de PDJ décourageant de s'y aventurer : triste, grise.

"Does the hotel offer reasonable price? Yes. Is it located in a place where I can learn the life of the common citizens in Paris? Yes. Is it located in a place convenient for me to reach the famous spots in Paris? Yes." (97230452)
I had a very good impressiona of Royal Voltaire for mainly three reasons:First,the service is friendly,second,the hotel is located in a place convenient for the availability of good local meals, good supermarket and good mobile card, and third,just a few steps outside the gate of the hotel is the metro that can take you to the worldly known spots in Paris.
I hope I can be on line with my laptop while I stay in the hotel.

the room was nice and airy, clean and comfortable, staff were helpful.quite a long way from the sights would go for a more central location next time seeing also as voltaire metro was out of action and after a long day charonne seems a long walk!
wooden stairs and floors!! i know it is for ease of cleaning and hygiene and it looks nice but noise reverberates through the floors!!

Chambre fumeur comme demandee.
Irruption du personnel de menage a un moment plus qu'inopportun le matin du depart alors qu'il etait stipule que la chambre etait occupee jusqu'a 12:00.

Location! Very close to metro station (Voltaire), just few meters (~ 30 meters). There are markets, mcdonald´s, bakery and restaurants close to the hotel. The staff is very nice.
Hot water was not working properly for one night during winter!

Accès facile à proximité du Métro, personnel accueillant, chambres propres
locaux et installations vétustes mais surtout hôtel très bruyant à cause de la proximité d'un Bvd, d'une clientèle plutôt nocambule et d'une isolation phonique inexistante

"Je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel luxueux dans cette gamme de prix et il ne l'est pas. Par contre, il a été récemment rénové et est à peu près propre. Par contre, l'insonorisation y est inexistante. J'ai pu m'endormir quand mon voisin de chambre s'est endormi et me suis réveillé à son réveil." (99949694)
