"If you are only needing a base to put your case and head then this is a good place to do it from - near the train and city centre. If you go to a hotel to stay in your room then you may find it too small and not very well equiped (no tea and coffe facility). The tv has only French channels (no satellite English or English speaking ones so you can't catch up with foreign news - if that's your thing). However, we needed a base and was only in the hotel to sleep so had a very pleasant stay with very nice staff - tres bien et merci." (99915091)
The staff were very pleasant and helpful (and they let me practice my French on them!) The room's, even though small were clean and evrything was in good order. For a 2 star hotel it was more than I was expecting.
France seems to be closed on Sunday -not the hotels fault -but I was a little dissapointed that we could not get a late breakfast at the hotel. We could not find anywhere to eat before getting on our next 2 planes and did not get a chance to eat (non plane food) until the evening.

"Cet hôtel, bien situé, mériterait d'être modernisé ; les chambres sont un peu vieillotes mais propres avec un confort minimal. Le prix du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé" (97346504)
Nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème : la chambre retenue par internet était bien réservée et prête. L'hôtel est bien situé.
L'hôtel est un bâtiment ancien et le confort des chambres un peu vieillot.

belle entrée, bon accueil, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel agréable
petite chambre, tapisserie abîmée, salle de bain sommaire, salle du petit déjeuner pas accueillante, ascenseur exigü pour des voyageurs avec 1 valise

"Nous avons réservé une nuit pour aller voir un concert, c'était la première fois que nous venions à clermont-ferrand, et nous y avons été très bien accueilli, il n'y a rien qui aurait pu nous déplaire pendant ce séjour." (99859407)

grande réactivité du personnel de l'hotel, notamment pour un départ à 5h45, il m'ont proposé de me mettre à dispo un petit déjeuner avant l'ouverture du restaurant.
