"l'hotel est pratique pour les pélerins car il est à 500m des grottes et en centre ville;un peu loin de la gare,par contre.Ce n'est pas le grand luxe ni la grande déco mais je le trouve assez raisonnable et propre." (99401268)

Staff relationship to guests was pleasant.
The accommodation / building is old and need to be renovated to standards to attract more guests.

It was relatively cheap, clean and warm.
No complimentary tea or coffee access for guests. Although comfortable, the beds were basic fold outs and with too much movemment they collapse.

"We should have known whether the Hotel serve their customers with cooked breakfast, because that when we booked the hotel we assumed that subject to paying six euros per person extra for breakfast that we will get a cooked breakfast. But we got only bread, butter, jam, orange juice and coffee for the breakfast." (99413776)
The hotel beddings smelled clean to enable us to have a comfortable sleep.
The hotel did not provide proper pillows for the beds.

Lourdes est une ville de pélerinage...On n'y va pas pour se reposer ou se distraire ! L'hôtel Marial est proche des Sanctuaires, c'est un point important, et je tenais beaucoup à bénéficier d'une douche !

l'albergo era decisamente vicino al santuario facilitando la visita dello stesso,contenendo quindi le spese di spostamento.
