Le charme extreme et le raffinement du lieu : on est vraiment reçu dans un hôtel particulier, sans jeu de mot. La piscine couverte et le jacuzzi donnent sur le ravissant patio et sont accessibles à toute heure.
absence de restaurant température de la piscine un peu trop froide (pas à 30 degrés comme annoncé oralement). Petit déjeuner à compléter un peu en terme de choix.

"This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. It is extremely characterful, the bedroom and bathroom we had were huge, with a view over the central courtyard. The rooms and the public areas were beautifully maintained, the pool and jacuzzi likewise and the staff helpful and unobtrusive. Lots of nice touches like slippers and bathrobe as well as towels for the pool and the beach. No restaurant, but a huge variety within a few minutes walk." (97392880)
Everything - the bedrooms, the public rooms and the leisure facilities were all perfect, the staff were charming, it by far exceeded our (fairly high) expectations.

"A wonderful villa set in the heart of the walled city. Rooms clustered around beautiful garden with covered pool. Breakfast served in conservatory or garden until 11 am. We hope to return!" (97503044)

"The hotel was like a little oasis of calm in the centre of a vibrant town. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Decor throughout was opulent yet the atmosphere was totally relaxed and friendly. Can't wait to get back." (99497374)
Peaceful location, fabulous decor and accommodation - a real find!
Nothing, just regret that we didn't get chance to sample breakfast in the lovely conservatory.

The high standard of accommodation and staff. We were treated as special guests and enjoyed the exclusiveness that the hotel provided.
We would have preferred the availability of a restaurant in the hotel and then we probably would not have ventured far at all.

Site très agréable et bien tenu
les chambres des annexes sont sans style. Elles mériteraient une décoration dans le style 17° siècle comme celles du bâtiment principal, même avec moins de luxe, mais pour coller avec le lieu.
