    "would stay here again if in Biarritz as very central, close to beach, great service, clean hotel. Although room was small it was adequate. the breakfast was just ok, enough to start the day off and fresh." (107102747)

    staff friendly, service very good. clean and comfortable, refurbished room pleasant. breakfast was just ok. limited choice, but fresh.

    size of room was small, at £100 per night without breakfast, not great value.

    problems with parking i.e 10 euros per night at the hotel breakfast expensive at 10 euros and not a lot of choice

    "I wish we had known that there was a problem with rooms having heat that worked property. The first night we stayed there, we assumed the heat would work eventually, and froze all night. A week later, on our trip home, we stayed there again, and had to change rooms 3 times to find one with heat that worked properly...then it was a smoking room, so we didn't enjoy that. But, by that time, we didn't want to ask to be moved again. The staff was nice, the hotel was nice." (99937342)

    "Hotel was good value but very basic maybe if I knew this beforehand I might have paid a bit more and had a bigger room and shower and bar available. Also there were no snacks available throughout the day." (99537979)

    It was lovely and warm.

    It was very old fashioned and only had a 3ft bath and the shower head did not hang on the wall!

    "Bien qu'en bordure d'une avenue passante, l'hôtel est bien insonorisée côté extérieur, beaucoup moins intérieur, bruit de douche des chambres voisines par exemple. Malgré tout je garderai un très bon souvenir de mon passage à Biarritz." (97979092)

    tres bon accueil - hotel très bien situé accès à pied des principaux sites et du centre ville.

    difficulté de stationnement mais nous avons eu la chance de trouver une petite place dans votre parking. Prix très élevé du petit déjeuner.

    L'hôtel est situé en centre ville.

    Serviette de toilette sales, lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas... La chambre n'a rien d'une chambre 3*.
