    "Overall we had a very comfortable stay. All staff were extremely helpful and free with assistance and directions when asked.Hotel was ideally placed for our needs (quiet but within easy walking distance of town centre)" (97376933)

    Clenliness, comfort & high standard of accommodation. Helpfull courteous staff.

    room safe deposit box inoperable, but we were allowed to deposit valuables with reception. (minor inconvienience)

    "The hotel was a few minutes walk from the old port which didn't worry us, but there are plenty of hotels much closer and in more attractive areas. The receptionist was very friendly and the check in process was the smoothest I have ever known. When we asked, a map of La Rochelle was produced instantly. The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much choice and no hot food at all. Nevertheless, it was a relaxed experience. Underground parking was excellent but why charge for this? The hotel decor didn't appeal to me but that is only a personal view. I would say that the hotel is geared towards offering a good business package rather than leisure." (99506990)

    spacious room with a very modern and well equipped bathroom. Good air conditioning and a comfortable bed.

    unattractive view over the carpark. No mugs/cups to make hot drinks. Disliked the colour scheme and chrome bedside tables. Coridoors very dark as lights on timer.

    Modern, clean and well situated.

    No breakfast tea - tea bags in the room, and it would have been nice to have some milk and mugs rather than glasses.

    "la chambre a offert une écrin propre et confortable lors de notre séjour, le petit déjeuner était copieux,l'hôtel se trouve à proximité du centre ville, le séjour fut très agréable dans son ensemble, le personnel est disponible et accueillant,bon rapport qualité prix." (97826083)

    chambre et literie propres et confortables, centre ville à proximité, ensemble des prestations est bon.

    Il n'y en a pas de points déterminants seulement il est à signaler que l'entrée et la sortie de l'hôtel sont peu contrôlées!

    "L'Hôtel est très beau, bien équipé. En revanche le quartier n'est pas le plus beau de la ville mais proche du port (5-10 minutes à pieds)." (99303947)

    L'Hotel est très beau à l'intérieur, confortable et bien équipé.

    Le cardre extérieur (ce quartier de la ville) se prette assez mal à un séjour loisir. C'est pas très beau.

    proprete des lieux, la personne a la reception a passe un peignoir puisque mes bagages n etaient pas arrives.

    le server des computers etaient trop faibles, ne pouvait pas me desservir a mes besoins... banque et meme courriel sur mon web browser

    Bon couchage,écran plat,jeune fille à l'accueil agréable

    déranger 2 fois par la femme de ménage pour voir si nous étions toujours là à 10h30. C'est désagréable !!! Je trouve que 160€ pour une double (si on n'a pas réservé en ligne) c'est trop cher. Le petit dèjeuner est également trop cher.... Sinon design très sympa et bonne literie...... Cordialement Marie-Françoise
