Good clean rooms (we had a triple and a twin). Bathroom was modern and clean and beds were comfortable.
No aircon which meant having to open the windows (Calais on a Saturday night can be a bit noisy).

The location of the hotel was convenient.
The air condition in the bathroom was making noises so that I had to put a towel into the whole in the ceiling to stop the noise.

"Not as good as in the past. We have stayed at the Suitehotel twice a year (between one and three nights) for the past five years. The cost has increased from 82 Euros last November to 106 Euros this time - we will be looking at other hotels in the Calais area for our next visit in December - to compare prices on a like for like basis. Good size room, fridge, microwave, TV, location, car park
Central light not working, hair dryer not working. Room had not been cleaned when we arrived at about 1.30pm. This, fortunately, did not matter as we just dropped off our luggage and left to go shopping.

"We like this hotel for visiting Cite Europe because it is a three minute walk to the shops and restaurants. It is also very easy to get there from the Tunnel exit and is handily place for the main roads to elsewhere. Clean rooms and well equipped, friendly and helpful English speaking staff, it had all we needed." (97535745)

Convenience for the tunnel and spacious accommation plus access to restaurants late in the evening
Very little except the quality of the food in the nearby restaurants was unremarkable. Glasses in the room preferable to paper cups provided.

"Although the on line booking was straightforward there was no facility to include a child in the section about number of guests & I had to ring customer services to check that my d aughter was included in my booking. The hotel is modern, spacious & the staff friendly & helpful. Our room was excellent & quiet. The secure parking is a nice touch." (97190593)

The room could be divided into 2 parts, separating the bed from the rest of the room. Having a fridge and microwave was very useful.

"Had a lovely stay...we ended up coming back over from UK and stayed another night as it was so nice,clean,lovely staff,tv poor picture,and think they were having problems with uk satallite...not a problem to us,relaxed in the lounge with a drink on the first night,had a relax with the nice smelling oxygen machine,and head set.Very pleasant feel for us all who stayed." "We all really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was efficient, friendly and really helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, great for a family of four. We all had a good nights sleep, no noise problems. I would definitely recommend this hotel." (97197291)
Excellent accommodation, brilliant for families. We found it really handy having a microwave and fridge in our room. The room was very clean, we would definitely book again!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The room was warm, we stay in late November, and comfortable. Spoke with another guest who stays at the Hotel on a reular basis, he thinks this is the best in Calais

"Good location for Eurotunnel and ideal for families as a transit stop. Public rooms lacked atmosphere and breakfast felt like it was being taken in a doctors surgery. Good overnight stop but wouldn't like to stay more than a couple of nights." (99920073)
Facilities available in the room were first class.
Mattress on double bed was to firm for our choice. Dislike having breakfast being available in cardboard box preferring plates and cups/mugs.

We have stayed at the Suithotel for a night or two twice or more a year for about five years. Large room with a good size bathroom, fridge, microwave and TV
Heating a bit difficult to turn up in cold weather.

Very clean, very spacious room with all amenities. Pleasant, helpful receptionists when booking in and out.
No bad points but I feel that amenities like access to the gym, internet, films on TV possibly increase the price of one's stay and would probably not be used if only staying for one night. However, I'm sure they would be perhaps be most welcome for a longer stay or if the weather was bad.
