Early check in, which was automatic - just search by name on the external check in point, put your card in and out pops your room key. We didn't have breakfast there so didn't actually see any member of staff. No luxuries, as expected in a budget hotel, but room was fine.
Ventilation didn't work in the room

"The whole concept of a plastic hotel run by machines appauled me" (97949847)
It didnt have any good points.....it was an abuse of the word hospitality
No Staff......For most of the day it was operated by a check in machine which did not work properly, and 2 vending machines selling soft drinks and sweets. The room.......when i evenually got into it, was made of plastic. I had booked to stay twice here.....once outward, and once on my return....I cancelled the return booking.

"Noise from rooms next door Heating/cooling system did not work adequately" (97962148)
Hotel was clean and convenient for train and airport links
Directions/details of how to get to and from train/airport would have been useful. Room was far too hot Not told that there were stairs Did not know it was like a travel inn as opposed to a hotel All these things could have been made clearer upon booking

chambre de mauvaise qualité:(odeur trés soutenue de tabac froid durant le séjour). (asthmatique ,prevoir ventoline).

"Easy to find from mororway and good parking. The staff welcome was good but the room was basic to say the least. Strange arrangement of bunk bed across and above the double bed. Breakfast was poor though. As an overnight stopover only, the lack of facilities is reflected in the cost." (97726059)
Easy access from motorway. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Relatively inexpensive.
Cramped with bunk bed over double bed. VERY small shower.
