"gezien we kozen voor de ligging waren we relatief tevreden" (99071699)
goede ligging, de achterliggende kamers zijn rustig,
een hedendaagsere aanpak is imparatief. het kan ook wat netter reservatie via jullie verliep niet goed. er stond incl ontbijt, finaal leek dat niet zo te zijn. om te reageren stond er op dat we rechtstreeks met het hotel dienden te bellen, terwijl het bleek dat we dan toch via jullie kantoor dienden te bellen. daar kon men niet onze wens invullen, kreeg ik na lang wachten een anulatie en heb ik herboekt in hetzelfde hotel voor een andere kamert met ontbijt... onnodige kosten, tijd en enige nervositeit
