Close to hauptbahhof for ease of transport
Dirty tiny room with almost no lighting, broken refrigerator, dirty carpet, bad view, DANGEROUSLY large windows (almost fell out)

It's a quite centric hotel. We have enjoyed it. You have free acces to internet there.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. the afternoon tea & coffee is a plus. We arrive early morning before check in time but the front desk was very helpful. He arranged a room for us without any fuss.

Staff are really nice. Rooms are well presented and the free internet was very useful. Also I had to cancel my booking after the first night as I was looking for an apartment and found one. The hotel didn't charge me for the following night and gave me coffee and biscuits while I waited for my taxi!

fairly clean, good facilities in the rooms, excellent location.
rubbish on the 7th floor which wasnt cleaned in the 4 days i was there. For the price it wasnt really value for money.

"Generally the hotel is fine if you are site seeing or on business for 1 or 2 days. I found difficulty in finding good restaurants near to the hotel." (97868103)
The Hotel is very central and has easy access to the main train station and to the Frankfurt Messe which was very important for me.
The fittings are dated and could be upgraded.
