    "Excellent hotel. Very well located - didn't know it was quite so close to the station before we arrived. Staff helpful and enthusiastic. Quality of food in bar and restaurant was very good. We enjoyed our stay." (97242588)

    Situation was ideally located close to the city centre and station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

    "I enjoyed my stay. It was so nice to have your hotel right next to the train station especially after a long train ride with lots of luggage. The staffs were wonderful and the room was nice. The hotel was also very convenient for exploring Cologne's tourist sites and finding a variety of shops and restaurants." (99991231)

    "This was our first visit to Cologne so we didn't really know where our hotel would be situated. We were overjoyed to see that it was directly across the road from the railway station - no bus or taxi to worry about! We had a coffee in the bistro where the staff were very friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. We decided to go for a walk about as we were only on an overnight stay and found that you could see the Rhine just a few metres away from the front door of the hotel. We had a lovely time in the bars and restaurants and I have already recommended that friends of mine go. We will definitely be back! A big thank you to all the staff at the hotel." (99964331)

    It was perfectly located for the train station. It was just a few metres away from the River. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. The room we had was quite small but clean and welcoming.

    Very good central location. Hotel clean and staff curteous and helpful. Very good breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

    We had 2 double rooms - one of the rooms, especially the bathroom was quite small. When we booked in we were asked if we would have 1 double room and 2 single rooms - we refused.
