"though ours was a very short stay, but we must put on record that the stay was worth the money we paid, every cent of it. We look forward to visiting baden baden again, and stay for a longer period in this wonderful 'Home away from home'!!" (99403516)
It was wonderful and the staff of the hotel were most courteous and extremely helpful. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay

The professional performance of the staff and the up-dated appearande of the Hotel.
The lack of English programs were and when it was available and hard to find.

"Il n'y a rien à redire sur l'hôtel; simplement il vaut mieux prendre ses repas à l'extérieur" (99433529)
la chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée, très agréable, située à 2 mn des thermes et près du quartier pieton
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est formellement à déconseiller...Attente trop longue (1h 1/2) et repas immangeable (poisson avarié, crustacés pas cuits)
