"terribles à cause des toilettes. Malheureux pour l'hotel mais qu'est-ce qu'on peut faire?" (108020681)
grandeur agréable de la suite
une des salles d'eau était petite et les toilettes étaient "dégueulasses". Après avoir réclamé 4 fois, toujours pas de changement, la femme de ménage ayant à 3 reprises nettoyé les toilettes de la 2eme salle d'eau.

"Good hotel in a very nice, peaceful, location on the edge of this lovely spa town. Would recommend it." (97134377)
Beautiful location on the edge of Baden-Baden and just a gentle 10 minute walk, (downhill, alongside a stream then through a park), into the centre. Hotel has spa facilities and staff are multi-lingual. Clean, quiet, welcoming and ample free parking.
Surprisingly no restaurant service on Sunday or Monday evenings - but plenty of good places in town. That 10 minute walk in becomes a bit of an uphill hike after dinner...............but you'll feel better for it.
