Walking distance to sights and shopping area
We had a non-smoking room but still there was a strong tobacco smell in the room. Hotel has quite an uncomfortable location on the red light district of Frankfurt.

very friendly and helping staff at the reception
the telephone was not working; there was lots of dust on the floor and the bathroom wasn't cleaned after the first night there;loudest music from behind the wall didn't let me sleep well.

I love the hotel it was great, and the buffet breakfast was the best i've ever had.
I did not like the location, it is the red light district, i would give the hotel 3 out 4 stars
