"Very pleased with hotel. It was a little further away from the centre of Cologne but public transport was easily available - bus, taxi, tram. The wellness/spar facilities were great and definitely made the stay easier after a long days walk." (99801109)
Very friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome.
Lack of English TV channels. Great bar with one very helpful member of staff - thanks Chris.

"there was a problem with the bills, anybody could sign for bar bills without proper checks in place to ensure that the charges related to the actual rooms. Some guests had charges on their bill which they had no ideas for and the signatures did not match to either to the checking in form but had to pay poor. The staff where not very helpful" (99686877)

L'acceuil et le prix de la chambre.
L'hotel ce trouve trop loin du Palais des Congrès (je n'avais pas de voiture.)
