"This hotel did exactly as it said on the tin. Comfortable,clean,quiet lovely buffet breakfast, close to airport, within walking distance of the Leaning Tower. Friendly staff with good english. No problem ordering us a taxi, allowing us to keep our bags in the hotel after we checked out etc. Coming to Pisa for a night or two? then this is the hotel." (97487202)
Clean,tidy, comfortable
nothing. The dressing table drawer fronts were very tired and needed replaced but this was tiny in the great scheme of things.

"Our stay was very brief but we found the Reception Staff friendly, helpful and efficient, even at the unearthly hour of 4.45 am! The bedroom was more than adequate for our needs and the shower room clean, light and airy with toiletries and hair dryer provided as well as adequate towels. I did not find out how to operate the air- conditioning - not a problem in early April but would have required further investigation in the summer months. One minor comnplaint: for a hotel which must surely deal with a fair number of in-transit guests who have to catch very early flights, it seemed perverse to include a charge for breakfast (whether taken or not) when so many continental hotels charge separately for breakfast as taken." "Not much to do in Pisa . Just to see the tower of Pisa then that's it. Should stay in Florence and get the train to PIsa for a day trip. Floence is busy full of atmosphere.But staying Pisa just for for one day is OK." (97699182)

"This is a functional hotel. Its very close to the railway station - go out of the station and turn right, the hotel is on the street second left. To get back to the airport, its walkable (about 20 minutes) and will cost about Eu12 in a taxi. It takes about 25 minutes (steady amble) to get to the leaning tower through the shopping area" (97763841)

"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I find it comfortable, friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I live in Tuscany and the hotel is an ideal place to stay en route to either UK, Spain or France by air from Pisa Airport. I have already recommended it to my family and friends should they visit Pisa." (97048960)
It is close to Pisa Centrale Railway Station and handy for the shuttle to the airport.

staff very friendly, helped us with onward bookings in other cities. very efficient and pleasent at all times. hotel is very central to airport and train station

despite the modest size of the room, it was comfortable enough to lodge a single traveller; Pisa is outrightly a transcient city. I think that the hotel's proximity to the central station, the bus stop and the airport have a lot to contribute to the postivity of the hotel. they mean a lot when it comes to saving a lot of money for taxi fares; right across the hotel is a shop that sells accessories and beadworks from India and Bangladesh. Women everywhere in the world get excited over ornaments and embellishments;
no fridge; the tv contoller was a bit obstinate-the batteries were wobbly;

"Very central. Walking distances to rw-station, airport, attractions, shopping, etc. Very friendly staff. Quick check-in/check-out, no problems with using credit card. 24 hours service (we left 4am in the morning!). Breakfast a wide choice of fresh and wrapped-up food. Room/bathroom (no.403) very clean with both central heating and aircon included. Comfortable bed, the pillow a little bit hard, though..... Conclusion: Very satisfied with our stay...." (99218249)

"Would use again great value, location very good for the Town centre and railway station, Air con in the room was great and helped as the weather was very warm during our stay. The hotel was not 5* but great for the price and ideal for a week or so beak. Travel'd to and from the airport on local buses at a cost of 9 Euros could not be any better value. The whole experiance was relaxing and enjoyable." (99797899)
Aircon was great as it was very warm in Pisa, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great for the town centre and train station.
Breakfast was a little basic but was ok, coffee making in the room would have been helpfull.

The hotel was very convenient for the railway station, about a 3 minute walk. It was very clean and the desk staff were helpful. We arrived before our check in time and they allowed us to leave our bags while we explored the town for the day. Also when we checked out we left our bags until it was time to get the train to the airport.
Although the room was quiet it was a bit stuffy and if you opened the windows it was quite noisy. There was an air conditioning unit though which I presume you pay extra for and then get the remote control for it.

No problem with a late arrival. Location close to railway station In quiet backstreet and Hotel had modern double glazing
Small bathroom, so small the bidet was alongside you in the in the shower! Hard towels although they were replaced with fresh hard towels the next day! No breakfast packets.

The hotel was very well located just 5min walk from Pisa Centrale station and within a 25 min walk of the Leaning Tower. Trains are frequent to other destinations such as Florence.

you could hear the plumbing everytime the people next door flushed the toilet and they also had the television on very loud - it was so loud it could have been in the same room

hôtel à deux pas de la gare de Pise. Climatisé. Petit déjeuner compris très correct. Possibilité de laisser les bagages le dernier jour pour visiter la ville. Accès internet.
Personnel pas très chaleureux, limite aimable. Douche à peine propre. Climatisation trop forte dans l'hôtel: réglée sur 16°C quand nous sommes arrivés.

"Das Hotel ist jedem zu empfehlen, der in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand in unmittelbarer Nähe von Flugplatz (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuß) übernachten möchte. Wir haben das Hotel gewählt, um spät abends nach unserem Flug in Pisa zu übernachten und uns am nächsten Tag Pisas Sehenswürdigkeiten (alle auch zu Fuß zu erreichen) anzusehen, um abends weiter mit dem Zug in unser eigentliches Urlaubsdomizil weiterzureisen. "Es war okay für eine Nacht, aber die Oropax sollte man dabei haben, weil die Zimmernachbarschaft hörbar ist. Als störend haben wir die Komplett-Parfümierung des Zimmers empfunden. Schade fanden wir es, dass es zum Frühstück nichts Frisches gab, nur abgepackte Portionsware. Für nur mal eben Pisa besuchen und dort bleiben ist das Hotel okay." (97173300)

Die Lautstärke im Hotel selbst und das nicht sorgfältig gepflegte Bad (Fön ging nicht, Handtuch zu wenig, Duschabtrennung löste sich).

"du fait de la proximité de la gare, nous nous demandions si le train s'entendait. les chambres sont bien isolée. par contre le quartier n'est pas très plaisant." (99322911)
petit déjeuné au dessus de la moyenne. très apprécié. shambre et salle de bain spatieuse et bien équipée. mais aucune d'un bain d'après les plans de l'hôtel lit parapluie pour notre fille de 2 ans impécable.accueil efficace quoique assez rude. Service de garde des baggages pendant la journée très confortable et gratuit. aucun problème au niveau payement.
le petit fini au niveau du nettoyage de la salle de bain n'est pas fait (cheveux dans le bouchon du lavabo et dans le trou d'évacuation d'eau au sol).

"The hotel was easy to find even in the dark and reception on arrival was efficient. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It would have been good to have instructions on the operation of the air conditioning as the room tended to be very stuffy and warm but at least the window opened. Breakfast proved to have plenty of choice for all tastes and the 7am start was a big plus. Getting to the train station, from the hotel, to travel to other locations was a breeze. We highly recommend a trip to Lucca and Barga. For anyone looking for a great restaurant look no further than Lo Schiaccianoci, great food, great prices and Giovanni the most wonderful host. The proximity to the station.
The room was too close to the elevator as guest seemed to stay for only a couple of nights and leave very early in the morning, sometimes as early as 5am.
