"This hotel is a good three star accommodation. It is clean, attractively furnished, and comfortable, although not large or fancy. It offers a fine cold buffet with cold cereal, croissants, coffee and juice in the morning. It is in a great location, only a two minute walk from the main railway station, and a five minute walk from one entrance to the Pompeii Ruins. The hotel staff are friendly, warm and ready to answer questions about the area. They have prepared information on file about any of the local sites. They make good recommendations for places to dine in the area, and even in neighboring towns. For a mid-range hotel, it is just about perfect. I imagine you could pay more, and still not get as much." (97529578)
The staff were excellent. They were among the best hotel staff I have encountered anywhere. They were helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the local area.

Hotel staff was great!
Room was street side, and a little on the noisy side.

"I had difficulty locating the hotel . It is a bit hidden." (99313420)
I liked that I was able to walk to everything. I was impressed of how clean and modern the hotel was.
I would have preferred to have a small refigerator in the room. Also very little ice was available.

"I stayed in this hotel with my two daughters in a 3 bed room. Although the room was not large it was big enough. The whole hotel was very clean and bright and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The garden was a delight at the end of a hot day sightseeing. It was very central in Pompei, only a short walk from one of the secondary entrances to the ruins, although 15 mins walk from the main entrance. Two minutes from the main railway station and 5 minutes from the Circumvesuviana railway. Only a short walk to restaurants to eat in the evening." (99746791)
the accommodation was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the garden where we could sit and have a quiet drink in the evening.
nothing

"As the town of Pompei relies heavily on tourists from the old ruins, a detailed description of how to get to the hotel from the ruins would have been useful. I got the circumvesuviana train and had the misfortune of my large back-pack. I got a taxi to hotel and the staff were kind enough to not only look after my bags but to put them in my room for my return. A great hotel that added to my wonderful trip. I would recommend this as a good place to stay" (99641779)
The facilities matched the websites description and as the hotel had just been refurbished it had been done in a thoughtful way and to a good standard
It was a fair distance from Pompei Scavi (the buried city) but it was easy to find from the main train station bus stop (bus 4 runs from Scavi into new Pompei)

"Very good place for families (and/or couples I would imagine)." (99233246)
Very Clean. Efficient and very helpful english speaking staff. Very good location. Friendly. Very good beds with great mattresses. Great airconditioning, hot or cold.
It would be great if they had english speaking TV (even CNN), but this seems to be the situation at every hotel I have ever stayed at in Italy. I suppose we just have to learn Italian!!!

"This was the best hotel we stayed at in terms of the friendly helpful staff who advised us on travel and sights. The position was very convenient to all the sights and very close to the railway station." (97173691)
Staff are really friendly and helpful. They acted as our private travel agents.
