"This is a well equipped hotel. The double room was large and very clean as was the bathroom. Food was really excellent with a great choice of foods. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. The hotel is very modern and in a very good location." (97244795)
Clean, large rooms, great public areas, friendly staff. Overall, a very good experience.
No soap holder in the shower! It's important! (this seems to be a common problem in hotels that I have stayed in of late). The refuse collection taking place at around 6.30am each day - my room overlooked the rubbish area! To balance that, beyond was a good view.

"We got the impression from the information when booking that the hotel was in walking distance from the centre of Parma,I did it once and it took 50 minutes, that was not realistic for every time we wanted to go out. There was no bus service running near the hotel so we were forced to go by taxi everytime we wished to leave the hotel,this was irritating and expensive. The hotel itself was excellant and the staff wonderful. A very fiendly place to stay." (99806913)
