"I would not stay at this hotel again. The room was spacious after we had complained of ours being too small and the beds were uncomfortable with very bad pillows. The room we were given was spacious and admittedly, housekeeping was good and the bathroom was nice. The carpets were old but looked OK. I would have liked to have known that there was no restaurant near to the hotel or in the hotel. The breakfast was not as described and cereal choices were limited, as there were no fresh fruit. Room service was very expensive and lastly the taxi was not charged as agreed by the hotel and we ended up being charged 60 Euros instead of 50 Euros as agreed. The area was further away than expected to the main Rome centre and too expensive for the facilities offered. The advert for the hotel is misleading and, in my opinion, not a true reflection of the standard." (97661311)
The room was spacious, warm and the bathroom was nice and clean.
terrible beds-too hard and pillows were uncomfortable. The shower did not work adequately and there was no restaurant facility for evening meals or to have lunch. There were no food shops locally and access to main areas were 15 mins walk. One manager on duty was extremely rude.
