"staff very helpfull with directions to find the centre of town and also a place to eat as restaurant and bar was closed in hotel" (97071999)
very clean and tidy
bath was a bit small, restaurant and bar closed on Saturday evenings

Nice and quiet
Lack of in-room facilities. No tea/coffee machine. Not enough English channels on the TV or choice of movies.

"I was very satisfied with my welcome to the hotel and provided with very useful information in printed format. My room was situated on the fourth floor, I found it too warm and turning down the thermostat was ineffective. One bedside light did not work! I had to wait too long to re-enter the hotel in the evening. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the overall clealiness of the hotel was impressive." (99008298)
Very convenient for shuttle travel to and from Airport/Turin centre.
No restauraunt facilities on Saturday night

The accomodation was good, and well maintained. the air con was noisey but it was possible to adjust teh thermostat and overcome this nuisance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull
The room had a slight stale smoke smell and was not as fresh smelling as it might have been, having said that it was clean and comfortable

"Restaurant not open weekends. Arrangement with local restaurant for dinner. Breakfast delivered by room service. However none of it was really a problem, just a little unusual. Would use again as near airport. Hotel was well presented. Staff were very helpful. English-speaking a real bonus." (97759297)
Friendly, helpful, english-speaking staff. Spacious, well-equipped room. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for airport.
Nothing about accommodation. Directions from main roads could have been clearer. Took a while to find. Not sure if on right road.
