The man who assisted us at the check-in was SO helpful and accommodating. The overall feel and look of the hotel was excellent and I would love to return. The staff, the entire experience - wonderful!
The only complaint I had was that I booked 3 rooms and when I booked them they said they all had a balcony, but when we arrived only 1 room had a balcony. Otherwise, everything else was super.
