"Not the first time I was staying at one of the Mercure hotels. Always offer good accomodation - modern, clean and comfortable. Staff is attentive and polite, had no problems at the reception." (97573315)

Good location.Rooms in very good condition and clean.Staff very helpful.
Safety deposit box in room was faulty. After an initial attempt to fix it despite informing staff, no further attempt was made to fix it during our stay.Noisy air conditioning unitcould be problematic for some.

"Creo que está bien descrito como llegar al hotel, únicamente falta señalizar mas el nombre para no perder tiempo buscándolo. Está muy bien comunicado por que a la ciudad alta (que es la mas bonita) llegamos fácilmente, hay un autobús que se toma frente al hotel y en 2 minutos estas en la parte alta, y es una zona muy segura, bonita y sobretodo que nos quedaba a dos minutos caminando de la estación de trenes y autobuses. Francamente es un hotel que vale la pena. Nota: el desayuno nos gustó mucho." (99133675)

Pondría mas visible el nombre del Hotel, en el exterior del hotel, es fácil de localizar pero como el nombre estaba medio oculto, y muy pequeño, pasamos frente a el en dos ocasiones y no nos dimos cuenta. Hasta que entramos a ese hotel y preguntamos por él y nos dijeron que era ahí.
