I liked the fact that you had a family room that could accomodate 4 people. This was very rare in Portugal and Spain.
There was no restaurant open for dinner at night. Breakfast finished at 10:30am- too early.

"The family suite had very large rooms with large comfortable beds and was very tastefully decorated throughout. Very clean and nice. Garage entry needs a barrier when full, otherwise if you enter and it is full, you have to reverse up very steep ramp to get back out!" (99208788)
Massive clean rooms
No sign on entry to garage that it's full.

the space of the room, the quality and size of the bed, the decoration of the room, the courtesy gifts
a little noise from the corridor (it would need a second door)
