"I ASKED TO USE THE INTERNET AND WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF €7 FOR 15 MINUTES.I THOUGHT THIS WAS DISGRACEFUL.AS A PAYING GUEST THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE OR FOR A NOMINAL FEE.I HAD TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND GET THE SAME SERVICE FOR 30C FOR 15 MINUTES.YOU REALLY NEED TO RECTIFY THIS.OTHERWISE IT WAS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL" (99615923)

"Overall not too bad but some serious problems. Our room was uncomfortably hot. We tried the air con but it only blew out hot air so tried opening the window but this made no difference either. We asked reception and we were told there was nothing we could do. Not even a fan was offered to circulate the air in the room. So we just had to sit and sweat in our room. Very Dissapointing indeed. Location was excellent, opposite a metro and the breakfast was wholesome. Generally staff were friendly but when asked to find out information it seemed like it was a major effort." (99408069)
Location was excellent. Breakfast was good.
The room temperature was too hot. Staff not bothered about the comfort of our stay.
