"Front desk staff lacked any courtesty, On arrival no information was given, no directions to the lift, No 'Enjoy your stay', etc, on leaving it was the same , NO 'Thankyou for staying with us,' no 'DID you enjoy your stay'? etc, VERY POOR Front of house staff." (99266977)
Size of room is good. Very good breakfast selection.
Bathroom sliding GLASS door was broken at the edges-lethal if you hit your foot against it. Television channels had only two of about 50 in the english language, CNN and Sport.-NOT GOOD.
