"OVERALL A VERY GOOD HOTEL BUT LET DONE BY TOTALLY AVOIDABLE ISSUES eg;SERVICE AND FIXING FAULTY AIR CONDITIONING AND DOOR ON THE BALCONY. RECEPTION STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY BUT POOL STAFF AND BAR STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLY TO COMPLIMENT THE LOVELY RELAXING SETTING. AMAZING VIEWS OVERLOOKING TOLEDO." (99639003)
