Ease of booking on internet
Inadequate information re: location and restuarant facilities. Caferteria and breakfast room closed for whole of August. No local restuarants. Hotel in opposite factory pumping out black smoke and fumes all night makeing room smell.

The hotel was located next to a motorway, an oil refinery and a petrol station. It was smelly outside the hotel and also by our room. We were offered another room but it was no better. The price for a family room (3 single and one double) was Euro 115 which was more expensive than 2 rooms at a 4 star hotel in Salamanca. The shower itself was handheld with no wall fixing.

"Personalmente viaggio spesso per lavoro ma non mi era mai successo.Fortunatamente con soli dieci euro di differenza abbiamo trovato alberghi piu' centrali e piu' di tutto piu' puliti. Così non ci siamo rovinati le vacanze" (107100655)
noi eravamo due coppie ma sostare in un albergo ad "ore"...non saprei. Sicuramente non è caro ma è di un sudiciume pazzesco,e si trova fuori dal mondo,praticamente su di un distributore di benzina.

location altamente scadente (vicino frabbrica di "nonsocosa" con fiamme uscenti dai bocchettoni - che in notturna sono molto suggestivi in una città come Santander...)

"Would have liked to have known if the hotel serves lunch and dinner, they don’t, so if your not in the mood to go far you'll have to settle for the cafe which is next door. The staffs only speaks Spanish and cannot say a word of English, not even hello, so you have to learn basic Spanish words. There was a Romanian lady there, her name sounds like with Vanilla, she was very helpful and polite, you'll notice her because she genuinely wants to help, so it would be advisable if you asked her for your daily needs/info about town etc. If your not driving you can get a taxi into town which will cost around 10 euro, maybe more if they realize your a tourist. The other choice is to get the train which is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel, it costs about 1.15 Euro for a single journey so its cheap and also very comfortable." (99537805)

no air conditioning and traffic noise made sleeping difficult with window open, window closed made the room too hot. No lift available
