staff friendly and helpful. Hotel and pool area were clean and clutter free. Easy walking distance into town. Liked the secure on-site parking
Beds vey hard and pillows were awful,lumpy and hard. Communal toilets in main reception were not kept clean throughout the day. Food was absolutely diabolical, would have rather paid a little more and had edible food. Dinning room not large enough for amount of guests. No food control, therefore if you had to wait for a table the best of the food had gone what there was of it. We had to eat out in the end. This hotel would be better as room only or change their chef.
