"Good room, clean and bright with plenty of wardrobe space, Food and facilities good. Only thing I did not know prior to ariving was that there was building work going on over the road. I only stayed 2 nights and it was a weekend so they werent working and it wasnt a problem but would have been disappointed if staying for a week or more." (97203951)

"The hotel has been fully refurbished to a high standard including new beds (3/12/07) which are very comfortable.The staff are really friendly and will help you in any way they can.The food is excellent with a varied choice of meals every day.Large pool area with plenty of sun beds/chairs etc overall an excellent hotel throughout,highly recommended." "I have stayed at the Rio Park a number of times but this was my first visit sice it was modernised. I was really impressed by the facilities such as the restaurant bar and television room .Plenty of available seating in these areas. The terraces had plenty of seating which is a bonus when the hotel is busy.The restaurant staff are to be complimented on the high standard of food and service provided. All staff in the hotel were friendly and cheerful which helps to make your stay more memorable. I will certainly return to the Rio Park and will recommend the hotel to family and friends" (99954317)
Hotel was in a good location for daytime and nightime recreation.The food was excellent with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are excellent with many activities organised by staff during day and at night for those wishing to be entertained in house. The room was clean and shower/bathroom of a very good standard with plenty of hot water. There were five lifts in operation which was very good as hotel was very busy around meal times.
I cannot think of anything which I disliked during my stay. All the staff worked hard to make you welcome and to make sure you enjoyed your visit.
