Nice room, friendly staff, good bar, convenient for beach & town.
Tea/coffee making facilities would be nice

Easy to find. Relatively easy to park as well, lots of street options. Nice to have a balcony and chairs/table to sit outside. Phone in the room. Flat screen TV. Very noisy although room has double glazing so sleep not a problem. Did not have breakfast but it looked to be just bread, tinned pate, jam and honey. Large bar and seating area although nobody in it!
Bathroom was not properly clean. Furniture is old and tired. Beds creaked, chairs wobbled, doors not smooth opening that kind of thing. All adequate but showing its age now. In hot summer months when you want the balcony door open, it would be virtually impossible to sleep due to the main street noise.
