The accomodation has a perfect location for visits to historical monuments in former east and west Germany. And also it has 3-4 very good restaurants very close, and a good bakery and food store a few minutes away.
10 o`clock check out is too early.

"These apartments are good value for money. But, don't expect any help from the office staff. You're pretty much on your own." (99365396)
Great location with good facilities. Good price.
The directions to the office were impossible to follow. The office staff were not very friendly and gave us incorrect information about laundry facilities.

"Berlin is a fantastic city. These apartments are central, reasonably priced, roomy and highly appointed and maintained. A good experience. Our apartment had a view of the holocaust memorial from one of the bedrooms; with a background of the Tiergarten and the high rises of Potsdamer Platz, Berlin's sorry past and vibrant present coiuld be viewed from the window. The city is coming to terms with its past and is a modern European capital that everyoen who gets the chance shoudl visit." (99336674)
Its proximity to all the main historical andtourist sites in Eastern Berlin. The closeness of the U bahn station meant that the whole of Berlin was within easy reach.

"Ces quatres jours à Berlin furent une succession de surprise car nous ne connaissions pas la ville. Avant de réserver nous savions que l'emplacement près de de la porte de Brandenburg (Mitte) était l'endroit ou nous voulions être et les indications données par vous sur internet étaient assez précises." Ecellente location permettant de nombreuses visites à pieds.
le seul petit point négatif est la qualité des duvets et coussins de lit. Le reste de l'appartement était parfait.

Everything was simple and easy.
The apartment was for four people but there were only two chairs around the dinner table, would have been nice to have a microwave and a few more pots and pans in the kitchen and a later checkout time.

"The accommodation was very central to all the main sights and areas of Berlin, being only 5 mins walk to Brandenburg Gate. It was also close to an U-Bahn and an S-Bahn station as well as being on a main bus route (No. 200). A small corner store was situated in the same building as the apartment and the main supermarket was a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. A perfect base to visit all the attractions of a lively and interesting city! We loved it!" (99799461)
Very central. Close to supermarket and public transport.
The office was a little bit hard to find.

"Das Appartement liegt zentral (2 Min. zur U-Bahn, ca. 3-4 Min. zur S-Bahn Unter den Linden und zum Flughafenbus, 2 min. zum Brandenburger Tor) und doch ruhig. Es ist einfach aber freundlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet (Ikea), geräumig, frisch renoviert, sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles da, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. An Geschirr ist das Nötigste da; für große Kochaktionen mit einer Familie wird es jedoch knapp. Bei einer Belegung mit mehreren Personen (wir waren 4) kann es morgens zu Staus kommen, da es nur ein kleines Bad mit WC gibt, das jedoch ordentlich ausgestattet ist. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok." (99744996)

Ausstattungsmägel: Keine Jallusien (Lichtsmog in der Nacht), Bad WC nicht getrennt, zuwenige Haken im Bad, zuwenige Kleiderhaken.
