More like having your own villa than staying in a hotel
Mosquito's a bit a of a problem, so go prepared. The owners did everything possible to help, giving repellent spray and advising on things to get from the chemist.

"A very relaxing stay where the staff couldn't do enough for us. Nothing atall to complain about." (99143008)
The room was beatiful, as was the garden and the pool. The facilities in the room were excellent.

"Our suite was beautiful. The service from staff was excellent, very helpful and made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, location was good and the villa was stunning! I would recommend this to anyone visiting pisa and will definately go back." (99543058)

la camera era molto accogliente
la doccia non funzionava e ci hanno impiegato un giorno per ripararla ed in più era segnato che c'era la doccia con idromassaggio ed invece era una normale doccia

Made a welcome change from homogenous 4/5 star hotels. Room had character (in a good way!), comfortable bed, good breakfast and service was excellent.
Mosquitoes around the pool! But obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Booked 1 double and 1- 2 room suite, but were given the whole of the top floor - 5 rooms in total, all beautifully decorated and furnished, wish we had stayed longer.

"Beautiful accommodation. Owner was very helpful providing a map showing areas for eating, where to get off bus and providing train times and station names when travelling to Florence. Would like to have known that we could have safely left our luggage before checking in as we logged it around Pisa with us prior to check in. Should also be noted that when travelling on trains in Italy after purchasing rail ticket get it stamped at machine in station or on platform prior to boarding train. When in cafe bars note it is twice the price if you sit in rather than drink and eat at the bar. Got stung in Florence." (97630407)
Very spacious, comfortable, clean, lovely to come back to after touring around Pisa and Florence all day.
