    There was none, not even with Active when I called them to say that I had requested an early check-in and presumed I was getting one as I never heard otherwise from Active or the Ibis Hotel. So I was very surprised when I arrived early and was told I could have an early ckeck-in that would cost an extra 30 Pounds,so they had a room and but there was a charge which I was not told about and when I called Active they blammed the hotel and the hotel blammed Active, talk about passing the buck.

    Cleanliness there was none. I found a Dirty Tampon lying on the end table a member of housestaff removed it with her bare hands and never came back to wash or disinfect.

    petit prix, excellent manager et employee au check in desk, cadre convivial

    "bien ds l enssemble, peu etre au niveau de l aceille nous acompagner ds les chambre ca eviterai de voir en arrivan qu il a pas de papier...     ensemble propre bien isonorisé ( j entendai pas les avions)....

    parking tres chere, pas de papier toilette ds la chambre, hotesse parlant pas le francais... Pas evident a trouver l hotel.

    Qualité et confort prévisibles et bons. Silencieux. Pas de mauvaises surprises.

    Les lits sont un peu durs.

    not at all the way it looked on the internet. very small pokey room with a tiny window. overall condition of the room and bathroom was not good - changed for another room, as the first room had no shower curtain, and the bathroom smelt awful. even then, the second room was not that much better, and the walls were very thin, so noise from other rooms was a major problem.

    Proximity to airport, food was nice in the restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable.

    Room was very small for two adults and two children.

    No wireless internet. Had to use (expensive) computer in the lobby, no possibility of using memory stick so could not send items to contacts or save attachments from emails. Check in service was very slow and all personnel were second-language English speakers - had difficulty making themselves understood

    It will take an extremely long time to check in and out. The telephone will ring incessantly whilst you are standing in the queue and no hotel staff apear to ever answer the telephone, so irritation factor is high. Staff show they care very little about the guests - the machine for parking tickets was not working properly - I could not get my change or a receipt. Hotel staff shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. There are so many hotels around HEathrow, no need to stay there at all!

    Hotel standard was exellent,very clean.Restaurant had a great choice of food and reasonably priced,drinks were inexpensive.Staff overall were very helpful and friendly.

    We had buffet dinner and breakfast, both of which was very good

    the room smelled, very small, the air-conditioner did'nt work either on 30 or 5 degrees was only very noisy so turned it off. No shampoo or conditioner. The twin beds were to close together and very very hard. Wasnt able to open windows for fresh air, so very very stuffy.

    Standard and quality of hotel room was very poor resembled more of a prison cell than a hotel room - beds and bedding were awful and there was a pungent smell throughout the hotel corridors and rooms

    Hotel well presented, great reception, lounge, restaurant, however rooms do not live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel

    Rooms really small. No standard things such as hairdryer, shampoos etc.

    The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Had all information on Hoppa buses to LHR at hand.

    Not really a bad point, the room was quite small but was adequate for my one night stay.

    clean, nicely furnished,kettle etc appreciated, good bathroom,secure, good choice/price range of food, helpful staff.

    Room poorly ventilated; stuffy, too warm. A fan which could be used to suck fresh air in through the open window would have been useful.

    Clean tidy with nice rooms

    Took 30 minutes just to check in and another 30 minutes to sort a cot out which we pre-arranged 2 nights before and then phoned up to comfirm an hour before we arrived.

    the only bad point i had was my door swipe card did'nt work on the second day and had to go all the way back down stairs to reception and wait for a member of staff to help took about half an hour

    Nice, clean, friendly, great for plane spotting!!!

    electricity in the room didn't work - no lights / TV / Air-con etc etc - not resolved until the following morning. Alternative room offered but was two single beds rather than a double - decided to stay in the dark, hot room...

    The excellant help at 4.30.am when finding the road outside the hotel was closed by the police for an accident.

    The wait when checking in as they were looking for the wrong surname.(it seems I was booked in as Nicolle Mary rather than Mary Nicolle) I realise it was partly my fault as I had not got my booking number with me.

    Check-in was quick and easy. the room was lovely and clean.

    I tried to book online as i wanted to take advantage of the offer that was on but the website was not working. The page coudn't be displayed. therefore i had to call the reservation line who were very helpful and polite but couldn't offer me the offer.

    hotel is presented in a lovely way and the staff were friendly.

    Lack of knowledge from a lot of staff on the local area, i think it is imperitive that workers know the area as you have so many people from foreign countries who dont know how to get around.

    easy to get to from heathrow airport. good 24 hour food service. Excellent staff member Maria who I think is manager of service cleaning. very friendly and holds a very professional approach when assisting me with a room problem. she changed my overall experience from being a bad one to a positive one, she is a credit to the hotel.

    none, my room problem was fixed.Staff need to know some more general knowledge of london and what customers may want in services

    "The IBIS Heathrow is a budget-conscious super convenient property right on the ring road. It is very clean, very quiet, and spartan. The cafe operates 24 x 7 providing a limited menu and freshly brewed coffee (a basic human need!) The international staff is extremely helpful, even offering directions to the free bus service to Termainal 1,2,3. You can take the Hoppa-bus for 4 pound which runs every 30 minutes or walk 2 blocks and take the free TfL bus which runs every 3 minutes and lets you off 100 feet closer to the door. Sometimes you do get what you don't pay for! It is SO WORTH IT to arrive at Heathrow 4 refteshed and unharried by traffic to make that morning flight home to Houston. Try IBIS, you'll like it, too."     We found the Ibis Heathrow to be clean, QUIET (important for an airport hotel) and reasonably priced. The international staff went out of their way to be helpful. The small, low-frills rooms had comfortable beds with crisp sheets and effective blasck-out curtains. What more could you ask for a stop-over.

    The differences between the offerings and prices between the bar and the cafeteria-style restaruant were confusing and not clearly explained. It could be that my mind was a bit foggy after midnight, too.

    "The hotel satisfied my requirements and was ideal as far as access to the hotel and transit to Heathrow and I considered it a fair price. I thought the evening buffet selection a little disappointing and over price for what was on offer I over heard another guest making comment by the sounds of things she used the hotel often. Maybe I caught you on a bad night as far as the restaurant was concerned.I would certainly use you again next time I use Heathrow however I may eat away from the hotel." (97117774)

    "Only there for 12 hours but quite adequate for our needs. The only problem was the Hoppa bus from the airport. The 5.54pm bus did not turn up, so we were waiting almost an hour for a bus. The morning bus was on time." (97625041)

    Clean Comfortable quiet. Near to the airport.

    The restaurant instructions were not quite clear that the a la carte menu was only available in the bar area

    "The staff on reception were not very informed on how to treat a person in a wheelchair. I had to ask for something to lean on whilst filling out the accomodation form. I was then given my room number but no one offered to carry my bag for me so therefore struggled in the lift alone." (97118846)

    It was very basic and not at all suitable for a wheelchair user as very little room to move around. I could not get in or out of the bath. A wet floor shower would have been more useful in this type of room.
