    "We felt the hotel was too far from the town centre, yet we were informed of this before booking. Overall the hotel was nice and the lobby and restaurant were very well furnished to give couples privacy." (99232190)

    We found the hotel to be very clean and the staff very friendly. The evening meal was exceptionally good.

    We thought the rooms were very small, we got the impression that there was more emphasis on the decor than on the comfort.

    cet hotel vieillira t'il bien? dejeuner pas terrible en ce qui concerne les produits offerts... chambre un peu petite

    "Our first visit to Killarney,a really good impression from entering to leaving,pleasant staff very helpful,with a special word of thanks to gentleman who was on reception when we arrived at midnight after leaving Somerset at 1pm on friday.excellent food.     everything,it was fantastic

    the only thing i did find dissapointing was on the 2 times we ordered breakfast to the room,and both occasions part of our order was missing but apart from that fantastic.

    "As soon as we arrived the staff were very helpful and polite. We arrived early and the receptionist offered to keep our luggage, which was a good idea. This hotel is great for a very relaxing break, we were on our honeymoon so we took advantage of the rejuventation rooms for a massage, it was very relaxing. We would recommend Riverside Hotel and will be calling back again. Rachael & Robert" (97426853)

    The room was absolutley beautiful and the complimentary wine was a lovely touch. Service from staff and restaurant was also fantastic and I would defintely go back to this hotel again.

    "The spacious, light and airy reception area was very welcoming and included the lounge area with comfortable settees. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent choice for breakfast, realy catered for all tastes. I personally disliked the dark furniture in the bedroom and also felt the lighting in the bedoom and ensuite bathroom was inadequate (found it hard to put my make-up on). We paid a discounted rate for the room and breakfast and it was extremely good value for money, but if we had only be offered the actual room rates would probably not have stayed at the hotel as it would have been too expensive."     "I would have like to have known in advance where the hotel was located. It turned out to be on a main road in/out of Killarney and was not how I imagined it to be particularly in relation to its name. Notwithstanding its location it was a pleasant one night stay with very friendly staff and good food served in pleasant surroundings. The stay was made more pleasant by the very friendly staff who were very efficient, informative and helpful.     "We travelled with friends touring Ireland It is the first time I have booked on line so was a little apprehensive about standards of accomodation.However we were very happy with the Riverside.Food was great, rooms pleasant,prices good.     "hotels throughout Ireland close out pool usage to children between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. If you are out on a holiday all day long touring the sites and come back for an early dinner , how can one enjoy the pool facilities with your family if children under 16-18 years old are not allowed in after this time???? You are paying for a service you are unable to use if you are trying to see local sites during their limited hours of 9:30am to 5 or 6:00 pm." (3304217699)

    located close to local attractions, pleasant accomodations that are average, staff are very helpful.

    need a better childrens menu as children don't often eat the style of food adults have aquired a taste for.

    Our Bedroom was modern, clean and the decor was lovely.

    The hotel would be perfect if it had a swimming pool.

    Friendly Staff, Very Clean and Comfortable Rooms.

    We Found the Evening Meals in the Restaurant rather too fancy for our taste every night. Some plainer dishes would have been more acceptable now and again.
